Cale Morton
Cale builds the growth.
He joined one of Australia's leading real estate and finance training providers as its first employee. As General Manager of Growth, he led the team that took it from start-up to seven figures a month over eight and a half years.
Ten years building growth in Australian training businesses have given him a playbook that works at every stage. He is qualified in training and assessment, and played six seasons of elite AFL football for Melbourne and West Coast.
He now brings that experience to other training businesses, and to the people who want to start one.
Monique Mullaly
Monique protects the quality.
For more than 25 years she has led learning, compliance and quality. She ran the RTO of a national training organisation, leading its trainers and assessors across the country and representing it in regulatory audits.
She spent 14 years designing leadership programs for a leading Australian university and 11 as Lead Assessor on a Diploma of Management program, and led learning and compliance at one of Melbourne's leading prestige real estate agencies.
Monique holds a Diploma of Education and three postgraduate qualifications, and makes sure what you build is sound enough to scale.
The market is growing.
The question is: Who wins it?
More Australians are choosing and paying for their own training, especially short, skills-based courses. That demand goes to the providers who are easiest to find, quickest to respond and best at bringing students back. Whether you're operating now or thinking about starting, this is the moment to plan for it.

Wherever you're starting from, you have what it takes
You bring the expertise and courses people need. We bring the experience of turning that into enrolments. Put the right plan in place, and things can move faster than you think.
Win more of your market, and stay ahead of competitors
You already run a good business. Find the enrolments and revenue you're missing, and get a clear plan to win them, without giving up the quality your name is built on. We show you where your competitors are winning students today, and how to take market share from providers who are standing still. You keep what works, and change only what will grow you faster.
Start a training business that's built to grow
Most new providers spend their first year working out what we already know: what students will pay for, how to reach them, and how to turn an enquiry into an enrolment. We help you choose the right courses, accredited or not, plan your launch and build the engine that grows it, so you start with a plan, not a guess. We started from scratch once, too.
The Enrolment Engine
Every education business that grows runs on an Enrolment Engine. Ours is built on decades of experience inside the industry, on what's actually worked, and it's tailored to yours, wherever you're starting from.
from first diagnostic to a signed-off plan
of growth, written for your business
planned, with an owner against every action
Diagnostic
We review your sales and marketing functions, where students come from and how enquiries are handled. Then we show you the biggest opportunities to do things differently, and where to start. Starting out? We look at your market, your competitors and your offer instead, so your plan is built before you spend.
Growth pillars
Together, we build five working documents that set out how your business attracts, converts and keeps students. They are written for your business, in your words, around your numbers, so your team can use them from day one. Nothing generic, and nothing that sits in a drawer.
Plan sign-off
We bring it together with you in a review meeting, and fit the plan around how your business already runs. You keep what works, restructure only what will deliver better results, and set targets, owners and your first 90 days together. You leave with a plan your whole team can follow.
You approve every fact, and you own everything we produce.
"Most education businesses are closer to success than they think. The expertise is already there. We help unlock the growth."
